How many years of experience do you have in renovating properties?
A. Young Renovation was founded in 2012, however, Alec has been working on homes for more than 15 years.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, you do not have to pay anything until after you accept our estimate, and work is about to begin.
Who will be coming to the site to complete the estimate?
Alec, the owner, will be the one who comes to your property to complete the estimate.
How long is an estimate good for?
The original quote will stay valid for 30 days. If a signature is not received accepting the bid within this time frame, the price may increase, depending on the material cost. The increase in the material cost will increase the price of the renovation accordingly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, A. Young Renovation is licensed and insured in the state of Pennsylvania. HIC#: PA113774
Will I be able to request or change things during the project?
Yes, as long as the change aligns with the vision and timeline of the project. Depending on the change that is taking place there may be additional expenses.
Do you use sub-contractors?
A. Young Renovation works with various contractors who possess specific skill sets. All of these contractors have experience working with A. Young Renovation. Alec oversees the process to ensure high quality of work is completed.
Do you offer financing?
Currently we do not offer financing. To keep our costs as low as possible, we only accept checks.
